This Privacy Policy explains how Piaggio Group Americas, Inc. ("PGA," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the PGA Dealer Portal at mypiaggio.com (the "Portal"), a business tool for authorized PGA dealers and staff. By using the Portal, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information (name, business email, phone, position, dealership, access level); usage information (sign-in activity and features used); business data made available in your role (inventory, sales, orders, allocations, promotions); and standard technical data needed to deliver the Portal securely.
To provide, secure, and maintain the Portal and your account; to show the data relevant to your dealership and role; to communicate about your account and support; to improve the Portal; and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with authorized PGA staff, with trusted service providers who host and support the Portal under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
Information in the Portal, including allocations, pricing, availability, and inventory, is confidential and provided for authorized PGA dealers and staff only. You agree not to distribute it outside your dealership or authorized use.
The Portal uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and make the Portal work. It is not used to serve advertising.
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Portal and meet legal requirements. We use access controls that limit each user to the data appropriate for their role, and administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact support@us.piaggio.com and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
The Portal is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
